We came to view the Beacon Marina. What a lovely surprise this restaurant was. We had a delicious meal of grilled haddock and pan-fried skate both cooked beautifully. Service was excellent, very comfortable atmosphere and staff were welcoming. Will definitely visit again with friends.

We’ve just had a very tasty lunch at The Third Crossing. I was so happy to have a delicious piece of grilled haddock, being able to have it with no awful batter was fab and the chips were good too. My husband said his burger was very tasty and the beers were very much needed after walking from Lowestoft to Pakefield then Oulton Broad

Located discreetly in a mariner.... definitely a hidden gem. Staff were extremely friendly and always at hand. Initially only one other table was there but it soon got busy but this did not change the quality of the service. The starter prawns was served with the best garlic chilli butter sauce I've ever had. lobster was cooked nicely and the thermadore sauce. The sticky toffee pudding was the cherry on top of the entire meal

A hidden gem! Surprisingly popular for midweek. Just returned from our visit tonight to celebrate our daughters birthday. Great welcome, friendly staff, food and portion sizes were excellent. Our server was Aiden who deserves a special mention. Polite, attentive but not intrusive and a friendly guy. Hygiene standards very high. Food servers wore gloves. Thank you all very much. We will be visiting more often.

This is our first dinner of our trip to Norfolk and I’m glad that it was a great start. We all loved the scallops and the unique great taste of the pea puree was a big surprise! Lobsters were all cooked to perfect. Our server Aidan is a star! He was very attentive to our needs and his professional manner throughout the night made us feel like in a 5-star fine dinning restaurant. Will definitely recommend this restaurant and will come again in future.

Festive treat. Went here for lunch with a group from a local business. The third crossing has some amazing festive choices on its specials menu. Our group had a whole plethora of different dishes, stand out was the fish pie and the amazing Festive chicken burger which was incredible, hearty chicken breast on a fresh toasted bun, fresh salad, stuffing with a delicious jus and top class pig in blanket. Highly recommend this dish. Don't miss it. Recommend getting here for the festive menu!

Excellent experience. Food was absolutely delicious and atmosphere just right . 1st time here , certainly wont be our last. Staff were very polite and attentive. Can't ask for more.
